The Bogart is a fully restored Art Deco building originally built in 1942, In 2016, the entire building was gut renovated with new plumbing, electrical, roof, kitchens, bathrooms, HVAC, hallways, flooring, high impact windows, and structurally reinforced. The building now meets current Miami Beach building/hurricane codes. The 2nd Floor units enter the building from Euclid Street with an interior hallway, the owner added a custom built-in closet adjacent to the kitchen, sliding mirrored door and larger opening to the bedroom, furniture is available for purchase.
