SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACT WHICH, UPON SUBMISSION TO THE LENDER FOR APPROVAL, DOES NOT INCLUDE COMPLETE WAIVER OF THE LENDER'S RIGHT TO A DEFICIENCY JUDGEMENT AGAINST SELLER, SELLER SHALL ONLY AGREE TO A CONTRACT WHEREIN ALL CRED ITORS/MORTGAGEES/NOTEHOLDERS AGREE TO A TAX-FREE, JUDGEMENT-FREE TRANSACTION RELATING TO ANY AND ALL MORTGAGES, NOTES, OR LIENS ON THE PROPERTY.
